Each year the MVP race starts with mostly quarterbacks fighting for the recognition that is the Most Valuable Player. This last year Matt Ryan beat out Tom Brady for the award. However, there are more awards often out-shadowed by the MVP like the Offensive Player of the Year or Defensive Rookie of the Year. Here are my predictions for who will win each award and their stat lines: AP NFL Most Valuable Player AwardTom Brady, QB, 14-2 New England patriotsStats: 4,641 yards, 42 TD's, 5 INT's, 67.8 CMP%, 107.2 QBR Tom Brady leads the New England Patriots to the Super Bowl for two years straight and goes 14-2. He puts up incredible numbers and leads the NFL in starting quarterbacks' QBR. At age 40, Brady defies Father Time once more and wins his 3rd MVP. AP Coach of the Year AwardBill Belichick, 14-2 New England PatriotsBill Belichick is arguably the greatest head coach of all time despite scandals such as Spygate and Deflategate. This will be his 4th Coach of the Year Award, tying him with Don Shula for most ever. The Patriots go 14-2 and to the Super Bowl breezing past the Raiders and Chiefs. AP Offensive Player of the Year AwardTom Brady, QB, 14-2 New England PatriotsStats: 4,641 yards, 42 TD's, 5 INT's, 67.8 CMP%, 107.2 QBR Tom Brady takes home Offensive Player of the Year as well as MVP, fighting out David Johnson, Julio Jones, and Aaron Rodgers. This would be his 3rd Offensive Player of the Year Award. Ap Defensive Player of the Year AwardJ.J. Watt, DE, 8-8 Houston TexansStats: 79 TKL, 17.0 Sacks, 5 FF's, 1 TD J.J. Watt comes back from a herniated disk surgery on his back and proves the NFL wrong the same way Peyton Manning and Adrian Peterson did. He wins the Defensive Player of the Year for the 4th time, most ever. AP Offensive Rookie of the Year AwardDeshaun Watson, QB, 8-8 Houston TexansStats: 3,896 yards, 25 TD's, 10 INT's, 63.8 CMP%, 105.85 QBR I predict that Deshaun Watson will quickly take the starting job from Tom Savage. The Texans are just waiting for that quarterback to step in and take the reins and his name is Deshaun Watson. Watson is a proven winner at Clemson where he won the National Championship. He will put up impressive rookie numbers and win the OROY. AP Defensive Rookie of the Year AwardJamal Adams, S, 0-16 New York JetsStats: 67 TKL, 2.0 Sacks, 3 FF's, 5 INT's, 1 TD Despite playing for a horrific team, I think Adams manages to shine. He's an extremely well-rounded player that creates turnovers by hitting and catching. He will accumulate a couple sacks, three forced fumbles, five interceptions, and a touchdown either from a fumble or a pick. AP Comeback Player of the YearJ.J. Watt, DE, 8-8 Houston TexansStats: 79 TKL, 17.0 Sacks, 5 FF's, 1 TD J.J. Watt joins Tom Brady as the second player to win two awards in the 7th Annual NFL Honors. Watt played three games last year and had 1.5 sacks, a career low, because of a herniated disk injury that caused a minimum 8 week waiting period. Watt could be seen cheering from the sidelines the rest of the season but this year he rebounds hard. ALL-PRO First TeamOFFENSE

The regular season is about to start and that means it's time for me to summon my inner Nostradamus. This takes in account recent events such as Ezekiel Elliott's suspension and Julian Edelman, Spencer Ware, Cameron Meredith, and Ryan Tannehill's injuries. Will the Patriots stay dominant? Will the Cowboys survive a harder schedule and Zeke's suspension? Will Carolina and Denver bounce back? How will rookie quarterbacks perform? Read on to find out. AFCAFC NORTH
